일송기념도서관이 주한미국대사관 공보원과 Window On America Bookshelf의 한림대 도서관 비치에 관한 협정을 체결한다. Window On America는 미국 국무부와 주한미국대사관에서 발행하는 Publications를 진열하여 미국관련 자료를 원하는 사람들이 관람하고 이용할 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램이다. 

주한 미국대사관  자료정보센터(Information Resource Center)에서는 진열할 수 있는 서가와 다양한 미국관련 주요 자료를 우리 대학도서관에 기증하며, 부족한 내용이나 새롭게 추가 되는 자료에 대하여 계속적으로 정보를 제공하는 파트너 쉽 프로그램이다. 이번에 제공하는 자료들은 약 20-30종의 미국 유학관련 자료, 미국 여행관련 자료, 미국 정부, 지리, 경제, 역사, 문학, 법률 등에 관한 개요서와 미국의 명연설과 민주주의 문서로 도서관 2층에 비치할 예정이다.
